Fire and food are a magical collaboration, steeped in history and heritage and reinterpreted in our modern time based on now widely available ingredients and modern fire cooking tools. We founded FireChef inspired by our historic cooking past with an eye to contemporary fire cooking tools and cookware design where possible, some things however remain and will remain unchanged like the wonderful properties of a good cast iron cooking pot.
