1. General Policy

Our returns policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have 7 days to request a return from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Returned in the original packaging

To initiate a return, please provide a copy of your order confirmation email.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will confirm whether your refund request is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary
  • Contact your bank, as processing delays are common

3. Defective or Damaged Goods – Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products and check all items before dispatch. If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged item, you have up to 30 days to request a replacement or refund.
